GENERAL CONSTRUCTION As your general contractor ANATOM is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT In the Construction Management approach to construction, ANATOM acts as an advocate for the owner, working with architects and consultants to provide effective project controls throughout design and construction. We are an extension of our client’s organization.

DESIGN BUILD In the design/build method ANATOM is the single point of contact. We bring a team of experienced design professionals best suited to meeting the owners needs and project vision. This method allows the project to be fast tracked, as well as, delivers a sense of simplicity and ease to the owner.

SUSTAINABILITY / LEED ANATOM manages sustainable design and construction practices through specific procedures of construction waste management, indoor air quality, quality control, design professional collaboration and material/policy documentation. Our mission is to maximize our stewardship of natural resources.

HISTORIC RESTORATION ANATOM has worked on several challenging historic renovation projects; each demanding leadership by construction professionals acutely aware of the detail required to reveal, recover and represent the true history of these buildings. 

BUILDING SERVICES As a building service provider ANATOM works closely with other construction professionals such as architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors to influence the design of a building and play a significant role on the sustainability and energy demand of a building. 

POST CONSTRUCTION It is ANATOM's goal that the owner and end users are completely satisfied with their new facility. Throughout close out and warranty, ANATOM is available for questions, clarification or simply the fine tuning of equipment. A teaming relationship with ANATOM extends well beyond the terms of any contract.

VISUALIZATION / BIM The utilization of visualization tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) allows every member of a project to easily identify potential conflicts, cost overruns, and schedule gaps, as well as, providing the ability to walk through the space, experiencing the fixtures and finishes..

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANATOM will work as an extension of the owner's staff, overseeing all project-level activity to ensure the program goals are met. ANATOM's involvement provides a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved with existing resources. This is accomplished by placing a construction expert on the ground as the Owner's eyes and ears, acting as a sounding board for ideas and providing approaches to solving project issues that have program impacts.
