Assistant Project Manager
What We're Looking For
Seeking an experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager with strong organizational skills to be based out of our Royal Palm Beach office. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to substantiate their previous performance of the following duties:
Maintaining project document control and all related reporting
Maintaining accurate cost reports
Review and qualify construction submittals and proposals
Act as lead and coordinate administrative task to ensure field production
Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers - trust but verify
Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
Other duties and projects as assigned
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to succeed in this role.
Education: A high school diploma is required. Industry-related college degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of commercial construction experience as a project administrator, project coordinator, project engineer, or as an assistant project manager
Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction documents, strong team leadership skills and ability to communicate are all required skills. Candidate must also have time management and project organizational skills to be successful in this role.
Technology: Candidate should have experience with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products (iPhone & iPad), and have experience with or ability to learn specific software. Training will be provided on company standards.

Project Manager
What We're Looking For
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong organizational skills. Must be flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. This individual is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and business management of construction projects. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to substantiate their previous performance of the following duties:
Management of all project team members (project accountants, project engineer, superintendents, and field/office coordinator).
Mentor, develop and train project team for fast-paced growth.
100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.
Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports.
Key point of contact with owner and architect.
Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team.
Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects.

Excellent listening and strong communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to create and support team morale.
Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
Work scope requires complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore, and scheduling software P6
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in local government and school districts
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Project Superintendent
What We're Looking For
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent with strong organizational skills to be based out of Palm Beach and Broward.
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to substantiate their previous performance of the following duties:
· Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
· Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
· Develop and update the project schedule
· Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
· Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
· Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
· Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces
· Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
· Maintain accurate cost reports
· Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
· Other duties and projects as assigned
